The Eggental Circuit Gourmet E-Bike Tour is a perfect blend of scenic landscapes, culinary highlights and relaxed e-biking. The route is designed to be smooth and enjoyable, allowing plenty of time to fully appreciate the surroundings, the views and the moments of indulgence. Thanks to the use of the Kohlern cable car – free of charge with the Eggental Guest Card – the entire Eggental can be comfortably circled without excessive elevation gain.
The tour starts in the morning in Welschnofen. Riding along well-maintained forest roads and quiet secondary paths, we head towards Bolzano. A special stop awaits us at a local Eggental winegrower, where we enjoy a glass of white wine while taking in panoramic views over the rooftops of Bolzano.
After ascending with the Kohlern cable car, the route continues towards Deutschnofen. Here, a true culinary highlight awaits: a well-deserved gourmet lunch at Restaurant Foglium, hosted by Manuel Pichler, one of the most renowned chefs in the Eggental.
Following the meal, we ride back to Welschnofen with breathtaking panoramic views of the Rosengarten and Latemar mountains, returning to the starting point of this unforgettable gourmet tour.
