A full day on the mountain bike—packed with exercise, action, and nature!

Our MTB action day takes us to the Frommer Alm and along varied routes throughout the area, featuring forest paths, narrow trails, and flowing sections that invite you to ride confidently and actively.

In the morning, the focus is on the athletic MTB tour: Together we’ll ride off-road, tackle our first real elevation gain, master different terrains, and put our riding techniques into practice. We’ll make sure to maintain a suitable pace, prioritize safety, and show mutual consideration.

After lunch, the fun continues with games and action: Through MTB games and challenges, we’ll train balance, agility, coordination, and bike control—with plenty of fun, team spirit, and physical activity.
