Start: Rentandgo store Sterzing/Roßkopf

Route: Via the cycle path to Mauls, continue to Ritzail then via the path to Valserjöchl 1920 m. After a short descent, stop off at the Antratter Alm for approx. 1 hour. Refreshed, head back up to the Valserjöchl from there slightly left towards the Planer Alm, continue on the forest road to Mauls and return to the starting point via the cycle path.

Tour characteristics: 1540 m elevation gain, 49 km (good physical condition required), riding time: including breaks approx. 5 hours
