The technique training is the ideal basis for all adult beginners and returners who want to become more confident on a mountain bike. In a relaxed atmosphere and under professional guidance, our experienced guides will teach you the most important basics: correct body position and balance, safe braking and cornering technique, eye tracking and shifting and overcoming small obstacles such as roots and stones.

The subsequent guided tour starts at the Carezza Bike School and leads first to Lake Carezza, then along the Tempelweg trail to the Stadlalm with a fantastic view of the Catinaccio and Latemar. After a long descent to Nova Levante/Welschnofen, the route heads uphill to the Wolfsgrube and along a panoramic path to the Niger Pass. The final ascent takes us via the Messner Hut to the middle station of the König Laurin cable car at 2000 m - the highest point of the tour. A steep descent leads to the undulating Perlenweg trail to the Karerpass. After crossing the Pra di Tori ski slope, we take trail no. 13 down to the starting point.
